what movie or actress said this is the tiniest violin in the world?

ok they were sitin on the bed i think the girl rub two fingers together the guy said whats tha she said this is the tiniest violin in the world playing, i cant remember rest . ts been driven me crazy …

it was in Reservoir Dogs and it was in a diner and Steve Buscemi said it maybe youre getting 2 movies confused

"you know what this is?"
"what?"
"Its the world’s smallest violin playing just for the waitresses. "

but then again maybe another movie payed homage to tarantino…or he has been known to pay homage to other films…frequently…
