Over the years I have been putting together a fairly expansive collection of wine. To aid myself in organizing my wine I have it first divided into two sections – wine that I will age for a number of years and wine that I plan to drink with 12 months. Basically it is divided between wine that needs to be aged to reach its peak condition and wine that is ready to drink today. I then have my wine organized by both type and region.
