A personal trainer can put the “personal” back into your workout. If you have ever joined one of those classes at the gym, be it Pilates or aerobics, you might be familiar with the feeling that you are slowing the others down, or perhaps its you that they can’t keep up with. It might be fun to train with others but you will be doing yourself a huge favor by putting the focus on the person that matters most.
