They are actually NORMAL sizes. I think that I will start watching Bollywood movies since they give me a more realistic view of my body since my stomach isn’t perfectly flat, but I have a stomach like the majority of the girls in those movies. Why isn’t Hollywood like this?
Because of the media here. Our society equates thinness with successfulness/ prettiness etc..
Did you notice how Britney Spears, among other things, was labeled a fat pig when she has a body better than most women in the US, after she performed at the VMA’s?
The US media has little tolerance for what they deem inperfection.
Has anyone else noticed that Bollywood actresses are bigger than Hollywood actresses?

I couldn’t agree more! I mean, calling Scarlett Johannson "curvy"??? Actresses end up looking like cartoon images with tiny bodies and huge heads. Hurrah for Bollywood.

I don’t think anyone can say it better than Aimee. And some of the Bollywood actresses are considered some of the most beautiful women in the world. It just goes to show how the US media is ruining young girls images of what "beautiful" really is to the point where they have eating disorders and no self esteem.

I am SO sick of ppl on here and elsewhere calling people like Keira Knightly "Beautiful" and "Hot"!

That is the basic difference between EAST and WEST ….
but mainly apart from actresses …. HOLLYWOOD movies are way way way better than BOLLYWOOD ones ….
