Can someone pleaseee tel me how to get the cat eye look?

I resemble ageline jolie in many ways face wise, especially eye shape, size all of it.

i seriously have tried eveything but it always runns, smears, looks uneven just plain bad.

    well it takes time to get it just right and lots of practice.
    use liquid eyeliner (waterproof). use more mascara on the outer parts of your eyelashes. And use a little bit of brown eyeshadow to shade over the liquid eyeliner to make it more blunt. use your imagination more.
